Amy Komenda is the Executive Director of Programs, managing Marchon Partner?s Syndicated Agency Programs. She has over 15 years of experience within the Human Capital Industry, having held roles in recruiting, account management and onsite client management in both staffing and corporate settings. She is most passionate about creating and implementing strategic processes that align with clients? business needs to provide efficiency, top quality resources and opportunity for cost savings. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Kansas State University and resides in Salem, MA with her two dogs.
Alicia Calascibetta is the Executive Director of Recruiting for Marchon Partners. In her 20 years within the human capital industry, she has held various roles within the recruiting function including management in a corporate setting, sales and recruiting in the staffing industry, business planning, and producing hiring strategies for companies. Her passion is recruiting and she has spent her career working with individuals of varying levels within the IT and Shared Services disciplines. She has played a key role in managing and building relationships with clients and consultants alike. Most recently, before joining Marchon she was the Director of Recruiting for a global Architecture and Engineering firm responsible for worldwide human capital strategy and recruiting efforts. Alicia is an alumnus of the University of Rhode Island and resides in Boston, with her husband and young son.
Dianne Kelly is the Director of Finance for Marchon Partners. Previously, she was the Corporate Controller at Foley Holdings, formerly BirdDog Holdings, a transportation industry company. Earlier, Dianne served as the Revenue Manager at eCopy, a software scanning company which was acquired by Nuance. After the acquisition, she served as the Corporate Accounting Manager for Nuance. Dianne worked in the audit department at KPMG during which time she was licensed as a CPA. Dianne received a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Boston University. Dianne resides in Boston with her husband.
Sam Pendleton is the Director of Recruiting. A recruiting professional working in the IT industry since 2007 supporting Financial, Insurance, Healthcare and General IT sectors in the temporary and permanent placement industry. Living in the Boston area since moving here from the United Kingdom in 2006, this is my second career having spent almost nineteen years in the Military. I bring a wealth of experience, personal integrity, and a work ethic to match. I have worked in both the local and national markets for the past 10 years.
