Who we are
Marchon Partners LLC operates this website. This notice explains how we collect and use information from people who contact us, request resources, book a conversation, join our talent network or apply for a role.
What we collect
We collect the contact and professional information you choose to provide, including name, email, phone, company, location, work interests, professional profile, messages and résumé. Resource requests identify the guide requested. Confirmed appointments include attendee and service information, appointment times and timezone, and booking changes or cancellation. We retain the version of the notice acknowledged and submission records. Hosting, security and scheduling services may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details. Please do not put Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents or sensitive medical information in website forms or résumés; our team will explain any separate onboarding requirements later.
How we use it
We use information to provide requested resources, respond to inquiries, arrange and manage meetings, evaluate applications, identify relevant opportunities, coordinate recruiting and business follow-up, protect the website and maintain appropriate records. Recruiting information may enter our applicant tracking system and be reviewed by our recruiting team. Requesting a guide does not by itself enroll you in a newsletter. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Information is available to appropriate Marchon personnel and providers that support hosting, storage, communications, scheduling, recruiting and security. Candidate professional information may be shared with prospective employers as part of a recruiting process. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. In a business transfer, information may transfer to the relevant affiliate or successor subject to appropriate privacy protections. Public job postings do not disclose our clients' identities or private client information.
Security and retention
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including restricted résumé storage and checks on uploaded files. No system is perfectly secure. We retain records as needed for recruiting and business purposes and applicable legal, tax, audit or dispute requirements. Some records must be retained even when a deletion request is made.
Choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information, obtain a copy, or stop receiving recruiting/business follow-up. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We verify requests as appropriate and honor them to the extent required by applicable law, without discrimination for exercising those rights. Website activity and other services
We use basic form activity, campaign tags, an opaque browser session cookie and short-lived submission/download receipts to operate the site and understand whether its flows are working. Abuse-protection providers process information to verify requests. Scheduling, supplier enrollment and other linked services may have their own terms and notices. We post an updated version and effective date when this notice changes and provide additional notice when appropriate.
