Using this site
Use the website lawfully. Provide accurate information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious files, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access to private information.
Jobs and meetings
An application, talent-network profile, inquiry or booking does not guarantee an interview, employment, placement or service engagement. Roles and availability may change. Our team will discuss applicable arrangements with you. Separate written agreements govern employment, services and supplier relationships.
Resources and materials
Guides, articles and other materials provide general information and do not replace advice tailored to your circumstances. When a resource requires a request form, complete that request to obtain access. Marchon's name, logo and original materials belong to Marchon Partners or the relevant rights holders. Do not misrepresent or redistribute them as your own work.
Electronic records
We retain submission and request receipts, including the applicable notice version and the details needed to process the request. A website inquiry or resource request is not acceptance of Roster's vendor agreements or authority to bind a company to those agreements. Where a separate agreement requires acceptance, its own identified text and acceptance process apply.
Availability and external services
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Notice explains information submitted through this site.
Questions and updates
Contact Marchon through the site's contact page for questions or corrections. We may update these terms; the published effective date identifies the current version. Separate employment, client and supplier agreements remain governed by their own terms.
